Bafang Dumpling is finally here in the US! The potstickers are perfectly crispy and delicious—they completely blow the competition away. The dumplings are also way better than any other place around. Pairing them with the fried chicken cutlet or the braised beef noodle soup is an absolute game-changer! It's such a steal for the price, and best of all, no tips are needed. 4 to 4.5 stars I ordered the pork chop rice and it was really savory, rich, and tasty. I loved the pickled mustard greens and cucumbers to cut the fattiness of the pork and “lo ba” minced braised part. 1/29/26: (4/4/4) We checked out Bafang Dumpling for the first time last week and were pleasantly surprised. The potstickers and the pork chop with braised pork belly rice are really good. The price is very reasonable. The hot and sour soup is not sour enough, a bit sweet for my taste. There's sauce station to dunk your signature pot stickers in.
