Excellent taste and EXCELLENT customer service. The guy working there helped me a lot with deciding what to get and even substituted their regular oil with vegan oil specifically for my order. I got the potstickers and sesame noodles, and both were delicious. Really appreciated how accommodating and friendly they were
Bafang Dumpling in Cerritos is exactly the kind of place that sneaks up on you and then has you plotting your next visit before you’ve finished chewing. The beef noodle soup is the star comfort act here, with a deeply savory broth, tender chunks of beef, and noodles that do exactly what good noodles should do, which is make you forget all your problems for at least twenty glorious minutes. The food was decent, I really appreciated the noodles dish, a flavor combination I’d never had before. The low rating is because the tray my meal was served on was disgusting! The tray was covered in a sticky surface that was noticeable to the eye, this is unacceptable and unfortunate.
Pleasantly surprised! Good food and great value. Ordered Combo #3 (corn chowder, potsticker, dumpling) combo #8 (old fashioned noodles, pork chop), and you can mix your own sauces (black vinegar, sesame, garlic sauce, and soy sauce). Enjoyed eating the potstickers with soy sauce, and dumpling with a garlic/sesame sauce mix. Wish this place was here when I used to work in the mall. Cannot emphasize great value enough.
