The lady work seems to do nothing , while the cooks take order and cook the food. She acts like she’s busy but she’s doing nothing. Very rude , won’t acknowledge her customers. Seen her at times talking to the people across from her ignoring the customers in line
Came on the Memorial weekend and waited in-line to buy 2 frozen bags of dumpling; only to find out they are not selling the frozen dumplings due to the crowd? Very disappointed especially since I waited in line for such a long time. It would have been nice if they have a sign indicating what they are not selling for the day.
Bafang Dumpling is a nice spot in Brea Mall if you're craving some quick dumplings or potstickers. I tried both the steamed and fried versions, and the fried one was definitely the winner for me. * Signature Dumplings (Steamed) 4/5 - Pretty decent steamed dumplings. The customer service here is shocking. There's a guy cleaning the grill and the girl cleaning the sink in the back. Both saw me waiting at the counter and continued to clean. And the cashier guy came up later, stared at me. No greeting and no questions. He only responded when I started speaking. I went to order 2 combos for me and my mom but completely turned off by his service; only ended up getting potstickers.
