Dr. Báez and her staff are incredibly compassionate and supportive. This is truly some of the best care I’ve received, and I travel from Lower Manhattan because it’s worth it. The waiting area is cozy, and the office is very busy with constant phone calls and patients. With only two receptionists, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, but they remain friendly and professional. You may be placed on hold briefly when calling, but it’s only for a few seconds. Overall, a caring team that provides excellent care.
Dr Daysi is good, she's kind professional and helpful. Her STAFF though!.. they're usually not helpful, they're slow, they're behind. They randomly terminate calls or keep me on long holds. They don't seem to know their own software and schedule tools. Its very frustrating to deal with her desk/office staff when they can't do the basic normal requirements you expect from a Dr's office.
I would like to leave a bad review for this facility. The doctor seems good but I don't think she takes track of her personnel. I had to change my mom to a new Dr. because her old one closed the practice. My mom needs an injection for her bones every 6 months and they have not have the decency to put a priority for her, it's been more than a month and still they have not sent it.
