Dr Daysi is good, she's kind professional and helpful. Her STAFF though!.. they're usually not helpful, they're slow, they're behind. They randomly terminate calls or keep me on long holds. They don't seem to know their own software and schedule tools. Its very frustrating to deal with her desk/office staff when they can't do the basic normal requirements you expect from a Dr's office.
I would like to leave a bad review for this facility. The doctor seems good but I don't think she takes track of her personnel. I had to change my mom to a new Dr. because her old one closed the practice. My mom needs an injection for her bones every 6 months and they have not have the decency to put a priority for her, it's been more than a month and still they have not sent it. Best Doctor ever. She listens to your needs and provide solutions to. Staff is efficient and helpful.
The waiting time to see the doctor is unreasonably long and the staff purposely and disgustingly speak only Spanish with the patients. Very RUDE.
