This is the last time im bringing my brother here, we arrived at 1230 for a 130pm apt and the person in the back taking out blood said oh your early you gotta wait...meanwhile there is no one in office ..I work at a dr office myself and even if your apt is for 130pm lets say if u early we will take you. Doctor Baez is amazing but her staff is the worse thing ever, specially the ones that take the calls to schedule appointments.
I have seen her for about 5 years. At first I did like her, as I got older I realized that she was kind of rude and would not take my concerns into consideration. I am a professional and I don’t appreciate getting treated like I am younger than I am. I know that I am experiencing something when I’m concerned about my well being and to be talked down is not a good feeling. I hope she can get better. I stopped seeing her because I didn’t feel seen.
