We have had our home for over a year and love it. It's a builder grade home at a great price. Warranty was awesome. They never fought us on any requested fixes, no matter how small. Anything that wasn't fixed, honestly, was on our own behalf because we weren't home/schedule didn't work/dogs were outside, etc. Also, if you keep in mind how heat works (how your top floor is going to be warmer than your lower floor because.... science? I bought from this builder and do not recommend buying from them. Now this has gotten worse. they damaged My garage and left Oil when doing a driveway. This company is horrible and has made owning a Baessler home a nightmare! They have been contacted many times. I guess small claims court is the next step!

They show a picture of a white counter, but actually they put in a speckled black, white and grey counter.
