I was concerned about aggressive sales personnel so hesitated in getting a much needed new mattress. I read about Baer's Mattress Den, that it was a local owned shop in business for 40 years. So I finally went there. Delighted that I was encouraged to stay on each mattress for at least 10 minutes, take my time. Michael talked with me about my health needs. He didn't push at all. Great locally owned store with plenty of options to try out in the store. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy a mattress that day and the salesperson gave us all the privacy we needed to test as many as we wanted while still being available to help us. Delivery was wonderful as well. Go here instead of the chain stores. The prices are as good or better!
The sales person, Teresa was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to make a decision. And being a family run business, it was very easy to communicate about my delivery, which came within a few days of my purchase. Father and son were a well oiled machine bringing in my new mattress and removing the old. 10 stars!
I ordered a mattress from Bears and they were able to get it delivered within a week of purchase, lift it up 2 flights of stairs, and provide excellent customer service and affordable pricing. This is my second time purchasing a mattress from them. The last one was about 10 years ago and the mattress is still in great shape! Thank you!!
The salespeople were patient, the prices were obvious and did not seem to be up for debate, depending on the day. We appreciated their upfront pricing and lack of pressure, as we did not experience this at the Mattess Warehouse (where we had previously stopped). The mattresses were delivered exactly when promised. We would shop here again!
