We were both surprised & thrilled to see Mr. Baer himself pull up to deliver our mattresses. This is our second time buying mattresses for the whole family from Baer. Their knowledge & attention to detail in every step of the process is unmatchable. They even put our bed frame together around our new adjustable bed. There is no reason to go anywhere else!
I was concerned about aggressive sales personnel so hesitated in getting a much needed new mattress. I read about Baer's Mattress Den, that it was a local owned shop in business for 40 years. The sales person, Teresa was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to make a decision. And being a family run business, it was very easy to communicate about my delivery, which came within a few days of my purchase. Father and son were a well oiled machine bringing in my new mattress and removing the old. 10 stars!
