I have had it with Baer's. The customer is not given any consideration. On Tuesday, I was called that an item I ordered (I am a designer) was in and ready for delivery. As I was near the store it was ordered from I went in, spoke with the sales person and the office to arrange delivery. They were to call me today, Thursday to confirm Saturday morning delivery. Worst customer service I have experienced since the last time I called comcast!!! My furniture was to be delivered yesterday between 1 and 5 pm. My fiancee would be at work during that time, so at 8:30 am yesterday I called them to give them my number number for the delivery men to call so that I could be there. I confirmed with the gentleman on the phone that he had the correct number by asking him to recite it, and he said "it was updated in the system".
