We purchased furniture from Baers for 6 rooms in our new home. It took longer than expected for our home to be built, Baers stored our furniture for a long period of time safely. The furniture arrived in perfect condition! We had assistance from Brenda Clark their design consultant, she was correct about everything, the furniture fits perfectly and it looks great , like a professional designer would do !!!!! Horrible. The Warranty that they sold me at first denied I had an active warranty and then they refused to do the repairs (the fabric was peeling off 3 out of 4 pieces of furniture. Mangement has not called me nor reached out to. I'll keep everyone posted.
