The salesman tried to rip off my husband on a trade saying his bike needed 1500$ worth of work not knowing he has been an honest trusted and deeply respected local mechanic for 40 years AND a PA state motor vehicle inspector. His bike is immaculate with ZERO mechanical issues. A bike he was the sole mechanic for for its life as it was purchased brand new by a customer of his who had him do all the service it needed. A plus dealer!! I was out on a New England state tour and light issue pulled in as this was the closest dealer to my location at the time. They had me in and out within a hour all fixed up plus wasn't raked through the coals
