Held onto my trimmer for a year before telling me repairs were probably more expensive than the trimmer was worth, but I'm not sure what that cost was because I never got a quote. Left my trimmer outside in the elements as well.
Dropped off our mower that would not start early Tuesday afternoon and asked for a tune up. It was ready by that evening and started on the first try. Definitely recommending BAER to everyone I know.
