Baer Construction does great quality work and easy to communicate with if you can get him to return your call. He replaced the cedar shakes on my home in Orleans this year. I have a handful of shakes that he installed just a few months ago that started splitting and a couple recently came off. I called him a few times to see if he could send someone over to address, but he's just too busy to return calls.
