The All Wrapped Up "grab and go" gifts only work if you have a cashier at the counter. When your one cashier is stuck making up and wrapping candy boxes while the rest of your customers have to wait over 20 minutes, it's no wonder 2 customers walked out.
One of the WORST customer service experiences of my entire life, and hasn't been great the past few years. However today Dara(?) at the side counter is obnoxious and rude and laughed in my face when I told her she should be more aware of customers. It's a wonder the place is in business!
