Helen was very nice & her shop was very clean. However, as much as I want to give her a 5/5 I was not satisfied with my eyelashes. I chose a natural look but I felt like; I had barely any eyelash extension and had to apply mascara on it to make it look full & for the eyelashes to stay in place.
