Was looking to have the furnace checked. Rob was the man that Badour sent. Did his job ,reviewed with client the out come. Provided written review of work performed. Very pleased with him and bill.
Badour employees were all polite and professional! Jim was able to come out and assess I needed a new furnace, James and Todd were able to come the next day to install the new unit, very happy with the service they provided and ensuring safety for myself and my animals. Highly recommend!
I had a seasonal checkup of my pretty old boiler system and Badour made me feel confident that it is working fine. Even complimented that they don't make them like they used to. I feel safe knowing it was checked over and cleaned/ oiled up. Oh and by the way, it was affordable! Thanks so much!
When our furnace went out, Badour came highly recommended. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and polite. Rob came out the same day to asses the problem and if it could be fixed. He was very informative, explaining exactly what the problem was and saw that the the furnace was actually 24 years old. It was obviously a safer and more sensible option to replace rather than repair and since we went ahead with that through Badour, we weren't charged for the service call.
