Very professional and fast. We had our Central Air go out in the 80-90 degree heat. They were at our house the next morning and got it running until we could get it replaced. Very professional. The technicians were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The owner even showed up to help! He was wonderful as well. Highly recommend these guys and I will be calling them in the future if needed!

We had an urgent issue with our business’s air conditioning, and Badour Heating and Cooling responded incredibly fast, arriving within 2 hours of our call. Jim, the technician, was outstanding—friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The pricing was very reasonable, much lower than we expected. Highly recommend Badour Heating and Cooling for their prompt service and excellent work!

I called Badour to come check out my through-the-wall air conditioner. It wasn't an emergency, and they were there bright and early the next morning. Cleaned the vents, the filters, and generally gave it a thorough checkup. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Extremely professional, courteous, and really nice people. I will continue to call Tim and his company for my future heating and cooling needs.

Awesome customer service. Answered the call right away and we're out to my house in under 2 hours before a heat wave started getting bad. Very nice, educated and professional. Could not have asked for a better company.
