Our gas hot water heater went out overnight , I called Tim , He told Me how 2 light it (I failed , because I 4-got a step He told Me) . He called Me to see if I got it, (even though He was booked 4 the day) , He was in Our area in Pinconning , stopped in , removed screen filter on the bottom , cleaned it , reinstalled it , lit the unit and We were good 2 go . Tim & Natalie are always prompt , polite , and very knowledgeable ! Highly Recommend !

I see people saying that this company has provided fast service wish I could say the same. Back in January in my furnace went out and it was during the cold snap we had. Middle of the night never heard back even during regular business hours. There's no option for anything less than one star. Sure glad everybody else got top-notch service though wish I could say more. I’ve had Badour out twice this year for different problems with my steam boiler and both times they have provided fast, friendly, reliable service at a reasonable price. Thanks to the service tech Rob. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and system, and answered any questions, in an easy to understand way. Great job!
