My furnace broke on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and a few hours later a technician was able to come out. Matt diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me possible options for repair. Monday morning he called me with some quotes on parts and days that worked. He was able to come out Monday afternoon and do the repair. Matt called ahead twice before arriving each time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and great with my dog who enjoyed his attention : ). My hot water heater had issues that required the team to come out to my house twice and while it wasn’t an emergency call they had the repair made and the hot water heater working quickly and I never worried about leaving the staff in the home when I had to leave. When we got to billing they did work with me on a price adjustment; I did talk to the office and they showed the parts, their cost, and explained the labor as the service charge was high and they were so courteous about everything. Great service, as always. They replaced some rusted furnace vents and did a fantastic job. And we didn't have to wait a week, or more, for their service, as we have with other companies in the past. They came two days after our call, and would've come the next day if we weren't busy. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had several HVAC companies look at our project (furnace, a/c and ducting), Badour had the best price . The installers (Todd & Ethan) were great. They answered questions we had and kept a clean work space which made it easy for us to continue with other projects while they were on site. They were quick installing everything. I made a call to Badour Heating and Cooling this month, January. My furnace fan would not shut off and no heat. The appointment was made. The Furnace represent came early. I was surprised and impressed by that. The man when to the basement and he came back up and stated that all the wired connections where rusted and broken. He stated there was a C02 leak and there was Condensation from the tube causing a leak. He gave me a receipt recommending a new furnace. His name is Ron C.
