I made a call to Badour Heating and Cooling this month, January. My furnace fan would not shut off and no heat. The appointment was made. The Furnace represent came early. I was surprised and impressed by that. The man when to the basement and he came back up and stated that all the wired connections where rusted and broken. He stated there was a C02 leak and there was Condensation from the tube causing a leak. He gave me a receipt recommending a new furnace. His name is Ron C. I have had furnace issues for a year or so after a basement flood damaged my existing unit. I called Badour and they scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule. Unfortunately my unit had seen better days and Rob recommended I replace it because of the water damage. While he told me he could repair it, the life span wasn't going to be great. I had a couple of projects that I needed taken care of and while they were here, they noted that my hot water heater was leaking, so that had to be replaced as well. It took a couple of visits, but everything was taken care of and is working great. Everyone I've dealt with at Badour has been professional and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough.
