First visit was an emergency, expected an expensive call out, paid invoice without question. While the leak was fixed the tidy up after was a bodge. Second call out invoice came with their call sheet which clearly inflated the time the chap had been at the house, door cam and phone log co firm this. They begrudgingly reduced the invoice, however my suspicions were now raised so before paying I asked to see the job sheet from the first call out.
