Staff is fairly knowledgeable, and there are catalogues in case you want to see what the lastest offerings from Yonex and Gosen are. If you get your racket restrung and the strings pop within a day or two, then you get it restrung again for free.

quick service - have bought twice from them and excellent service. if only they're near so i don't need to have them ship the racket nevertherless shipping price wasn't that bad for a 2 day delivery! 5 stars!
