Awesome place and amazing trainers
Great workout! Never boxed before, but left with a wealth of knowledge of “the Sweet Science “.Up tempo, smiles on all participants. Many encouraging words from enthusiastic trainer Donovan.I encourage you to challenge your body and stamina with this great circuit. It will make you sweat!
Got a family pass and my kids are absolutely loving it. Trainers are super helpful and just great peeps to be around.
