So I'm here to talk about the warranty because it does not work the way I thought it did when I bought my products. At companies like Patagonia or darn tuff, when you bring your gear in to be repaired, sometimes they repair it and sometimes they just give you a gift card to use on their website to buy a replacement for what you've brought in. I stopped in on a Tuesday to have 2 backpacks and a binocular case repaired. The 2 gentlemen at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I showed them the couple of zippers and a clasp that needed repaired, they ensured me they would look them all over. They told me I could pick them up on Friday, yes, 3 days later.
