Great gear.
Used them for my elk hunt and mule deer hunt. They even replaced some gloves after getting shredded by my dog! However, even for being a Trophy member the discounts/rewards don't increase and you can't use the points on any sale. Ridiculous. I'm a customer that waasss loyal....
Website said they were open until 5pm. Drove 1.5 hours to pick up gear being repaired and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. Terrible..
This place is amazing. All of their products are as well. I love the fact, they focus and quality and insure their products will last. That is how it should be done, instead of common practices of today to merely create disposable products. Keep up the great work.
Warranty took less than a week for a 12-13 year old pack. Zippers were splitting and back to new! Cannot express how easy of a process to get fixed. Lifelong customer based on this experience
