When your are sick and need help the phone call to get an appointment is like calling to a different continent. Need to change the mentality and caring of the patients. Who will call the clinic to get hold up for a continuous hold up for like 20 , 30 minutes and see the doc?
Dr Badhey is great Doctor and experienced but the staffs are very sick minded people, many time called me with fingers instead of calling my name although they have my file on their hands, receptionist let me wait 4 hours because I had no appointment, many times when I had appointment again let me wait at least 1 more hours, don’t know why she was doing that. If Doctor have another location of management I would go but definitely not recommend in sunnyside office. Super unprofessional management.
Receptionist is horrible hangs up on people. The wait is too long
