Avoid this place I been trying to file tax for nearly a year. I paid them and found out they didn’t file until 6 months later cost me even more money. I have made dozens of calls with no call back, I even went into the office and she couldn’t even find my file. Won’t respond to my new tax person so I can straighten it all out, fell like I’m gonna have to get a lawyer involved costing me more money. Stay away from this place !!!!!
0 stars. The treatment my sister and I received handling an inheritance left from our deceased mother was highly unprofessional. After filing a complaint the owner sent a text message saying "You are amazing. I am sure your Momma is so proud." If you are wanting timeliness and professional business acumen please look elsewhere.
I have used this company for many years. I highly recommend Badgett! Very professional and will do their best and help resolve issues if needed. Honest and Trustworthy! Keep up the good work!!
