Extremely disorganized business and you can't even upload sensitive documents to a secure server. They won't take a thumb drive, they just want you to email your sensitive tax documents. They don't even have Docusign to sign forms online. You have to go in to the office. Terrible communication. Might have been a good place in 1980, but wow. I finally gave up and went elsewhere.
Avoid this place I been trying to file tax for nearly a year. I paid them and found out they didn’t file until 6 months later cost me even more money. I have made dozens of calls with no call back, I even went into the office and she couldn’t even find my file. Won’t respond to my new tax person so I can straighten it all out, fell like I’m gonna have to get a lawyer involved costing me more money. Stay away from this place !!!!!
