We drove from Indiana to visit Badges Drum Shop, and they were closed due to a local parade. When we called they answered, and after learning about our 2.5 hour drive, they allowed us to come in and check out the store. WHAT?? !! Yes, they allowed us in, personalized service, we were the only customers in the store. Very much appreciated, so grateful, and truly blown away by the customer service. Thanks Badges!!
Love this drum store, doesn't matter if I'm getting some drumheads or just looking at the kits I can't even imagine owning or playing. Staff are friendly and helpful for just small things overall while driving you to make a good decision for something. Prices for the kits are huge while the kits are nice just have to have the cash or just go broke while spending the money
