Charlie and his staff are absolute gems! I purchased a drumset online and contacted Charlie with specific shipping requests; Pearl's late-80s BLX lugs are known for being fragile and snapping easily. Charlie could not have been more accommodating, and readily agreed to box the drums individually. Charlie, the proprietor, was very helpful in helping me sell parts of my drum kit- primarily symbols which I had to abandon due to my moving to Colorado.
