Hired Badgerland for remodeling work after we had a fire. We paid what we were told by Badgerland was our complete and total amount due. When we asked to see the scope of loss estimate, our building permits and floor plan drawings Travis has tried to use extortion for more money! He will not produce one single invoice receipt so we can be reimbursed from our insurance company or turn over any of the services that we already paid him for! I had a very disappointing experience with Badgerland Restoration. When I met with Travis, I simply asked for a quote so I could compare it with others I was collecting. The moment I mentioned I was getting additional quotes, he told me I was wasting his time, turned around, got in his truck, and left. That reaction alone told me everything I needed to know. Badgerland did a phenomenal job remodeling our basement by installing new floor, doors, trim, and drywall. The entire team was very friendly and professional! We will be using them again to do our upstairs remodel!
Communication could have been better from the office, but Badgerland did a great job. The crew was respectful and really took pride in their work. I am so happy with the work they did. I would hire them again!
