We receive services in the City of Columbus from this company. I understand that our trash should be outside by 6 AM. I would hope that your company would understand that people are human and things occasionally get missed. My son heard your truck this morning and at 6:07 ran outside to take our trash and recycling bin to the curb. He had our bins to the curb before the truck passed our house, the driver made eye contact with my son and continued to drive past without picking up our trash. He didn’t just drive by one time. You should train your employees to have some common courtesy, and maybe get out of the truck sometimes. There's always bins laying all over the roads in the neighborhood on garbage day. Several times now our recycling bin has been knocked over by the driver when full, and they just drive off. So, not only do I get to pick up all the garbage in the road I get to wait two more weeks with a full bin.

Constantly missing our pickup, we go 2weeks for trash pickup a lot! Drivers also instead of emptying there bin when full, keep piling it in, stuff falls out. They pick it up, but really, do they train their drivers?
