You should train your employees to have some common courtesy, and maybe get out of the truck sometimes. There's always bins laying all over the roads in the neighborhood on garbage day. Several times now our recycling bin has been knocked over by the driver when full, and they just drive off. So, not only do I get to pick up all the garbage in the road I get to wait two more weeks with a full bin.
