EIFS Had Badgerland Plastering do EIFS on the outside of my house several years ago. They did a beautiful job except didn't finish some of the small things. I had to caulk where ants were making the hole in the EIFS larger and getting in. There is still a pipe that is partially caulked but, they ran out and never came back to finish. Was called the crazy lady for contacting them about it. Just make sure the total job is finished before they leave.
