Badgerland planted four Arborvitae trees for us July 2021. Spring of 2022 we noticed they all had brown spots on them, two of them dead on the bottom. My husband left a couple messages asking someone to come out to look at them and advise if they would be replaced (have a 12 month warranty). No one came or called. Spoke with someone in the office on 5/31 and was told Chris would be out 6/2 to look at them. Called on 6/8 and was transferred to Chris' VM, left a message as to resolution, no response. I’m writing this review solely to warn others of this firm’s deceitful business practices and poor workmanship. I did not submit a formal BBB complaint because I do not want or expect anything from Badgerland (a response or otherwise). I signed an agreement with Badgerland in early 2016 after working with them on a landscape design over the winter. At that time, I gave them an $8,000 deposit. We hired Badgerland Landscaping to remove our old deck and install a paver patio. We had a tremendous crew who always showed up early and worked hard all day-no fooling around or long breaks. They went the extra mile to create a fabulous patio that we are very pleased with. We were given lots of photos, suggestions and ideas how to make it as exceptional as it is. We have worked with a lot of contractors over the years doing updates and this team was truly exceptional. We highly recommend them.
