Late last night I found out our garage door would not open. This morning I see a cable hanging and main spring broke. Temp outside was -3 deg. I called Badgerland Garage Door Service and they sent tech Brandon Faukcon out to take a look. Brandon replace some parts and checked over the rest of my garage door. He fixed it up very professionally and quickly. I thought the pricing was fair and Brandon was very easy to work with. I will definitely use them again. I'm very happy with the overall experience. A spring on our garage door broke late on Friday night. We called Badgerland expecting to get their voicemail. To our surprise a representative answered and set us up for service early Saturday morning. Brandon came out and provided excellent service. He clearly explained the issue and efficiently replaced the spring. Not a fun job when it’s 2 degrees. We have used Badgerland previously, and will be lifetime customers.
Brandon F was thorough and explained everything without being pushy. After only about and hour, our springs are replaced and everything has been adjusted for proper functioning. I'd not hesitate to recommend Badgerland Garage or Brandon!
Badgerland is the best! They helped me with a shot motor and quickly installed a new one. I thought the price was reasonable, and the crew was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend you check these guys out for your garage door needs
