We had an estimate to get new fireplace doors May 1. Called several times to follow up as to where is the estimate. No return calls always had to be the one to call and inquire. Now today June 29 called again and got a different story. Asked if I should move on and find a different fireplace company and she said that would probably be best. What the heck!
We bought a Newport Builders new home in March 2020 and we have issues with two stone columns that Badgerland installed. the columns pitch is wrong and the stone and Mortar are cracking apart. Our builder has gotten involved and Badgerland has tried farming out the work. this was on our one year warranty and we have had men come look and no action taken. They dont stand by their work and the workmanship is a fail.
