Service has gone down hill lately. My last two visits have had me sitting either in the lobby or in the waiting room for an extended period of time without warning or explanation. This last time had my husband sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes with our cat and 6 year old without anyone ever approaching to apologize for the wait or even acknowledge him. One year ago I took my 12 year old Shitzu in for a bulging eye. Dr. Reed took the pressure right away and immediately stated the eye needed to come out. Right away she said she could fit her in ASAP. I I was so, worried about Cookie but I said we would go home and think about it. Dr. Reed then called me at home stating there was an opening the next Week. Cookie’s “Impish” Eyes Were Her Trademark.
