This is the place to take your pet! I've always had great experiences when we've taken our puppy/dog here. I've had a couple different vets and they both have been so nice, helpful and informative. My dog has had 1 surgical procedure and one infection and both times I've gotten post op/post check up calls to see how our dog is doing. One time they were supposed to trim my dogs toenails and they forgot. Big help for little animal. I must admit, I felt a little silly taking my pet mouse into a vet, but while there, respect was given to both me and my little mouse who was having a hard time breathing. The vet had expertise in looking at my little critter and seemed very kind and friendly toward me. It was a better then expected experience and I'd definitely recommend this clinic to all.

Worst experience with a vet I've ever had. Called Tuesday to schedule a time to euthanize my 15 year old Jack Russell Terrier. She was dying in my arms and I needed help. She had gone from normal to stumbling/falling down & vomiting to unnable to move and seizing. Maybe a stroke? I dont know. I called about noon, they said if needed, they couldnt do any kind of tests on her until Thursday 2 days later but could euthanize that night at 630pm. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a hedghog and it was so hard for me to find a vet for him. Thankfully, I never had to take him anywhere for emergent needs. That was until last week. He wasn't running on his wheel anymore and was dragging one of his little legs. I called Madison for emergency vets and they all stated the only thing they could really do for a hedgehog was euthanize. I just moved to Wisconsin from Texas and my babies needed a check up. The ladies at front desk were so helpful. And the tech Melissa was very gentle with my babies. Dr Danielle was so helpful with the meds and concerns I had. Thank you all I will keep them as my go to vet.
