Spoke to Laura over the phone and she took the time to explain how to proceed about my case. I had consulted with another firm that was going to overcharge me, and with Laura's guidance I am going to take the first steps myself, and then consult back so Badger Tax can take my case. DO NOT, Hire this fraudulent so called business, It is a fraud. Gerrit Lemmon is a thief, this company does not handle tax issues, they sub it out to 3rd parties that are as incompetent as Gerrit is , like Robert Malloy, Affordable Financial Services. I paid Gerrit to handle a state tax issue, they said they filed papers on my behalf with the state, ended up they lied, (they relied on Robert Malloy to file) nobody filed and state levied my bank.
