It was easy to get a unit online and for them to get payed. But to check out was a huge pain. I gave 45 day vacate notice, spoke with the owner who said they would stop charging me when my photo was uploaded. I was charged another month but the unit was made unavailable to me and i could not enter the facility. I FINALLY got that month refunded since I was charged for a unit i couldnt access. I left the unit clean, but still have not recieved my deposit. Will change my rating if I get my FULL deposit back. I will add though,... read more
Easy to get a unit online without the hassle of appointments. The facility is clean and you can feel comfortable knowing that your property is secure.
***Yet ANOTHER UPDATE IT IS NOW 07/11/25 I did everything that was asked and still got charged another $77 on 07/04/25 even after the photo of the clean unit was sent. I still have not got a confirmation, my deposit for clean unit or my money back. Since they took my money for the unit for July, I decided to put a lock back on it. Oddly enough. First of all I never got to speak with a real human being. They were more than happy to take my money for the storage unit I rented it was supposed to be $60 a month and they started charging me $77 saying they were charging Insurance when I already have insurance that covers my unit. I gave a 45-day vacate notice which was to cover all of June and half of May so they still are charging me for July and I'm not even in the unit. they never sent me an email with the link to send a picture of the cleaned out unit. Great place for additional storage. I had one of their larger units for 12+ months and never had a single glitch with anything. Facility is always clean, secure, snow plowed etc... The digital billing is also super convenient where the company gives you the invoice several days before it's due. Also move out was a breeze. I just gave them a call, John picked up after the first ring, sent a few pics of the unit cleaned out and away you go. Would highly recommend if they have open units.
