Terrible place to rent equipment. All of the equipment is very Janky and old and then they try to charge you to fix the equipment Rented a trencher it had two flat tires. They swapped it out for another trencher, and then the chain broke off and then instead of crediting back one of the days that we had the rental they charged us to fix a flat tire absolutely horrible company.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company!!! The equipment is very outdated and the equipment was done more than it worked. Had to find another rental to finish the job. STAY AWAY!!!!
Super helpful, affordable and efficient rentals- 10/10 would rent from them again!
Brian was extremely nice and understanding. Everyone here is quick to answer and great at working together WAS MY PRIOR Review. The company allowed, one of our employees to call and book a piece of equipment without any authorization from the office, also charged our card from March to May. We called on March 24th to have the equipment picked up. Long time doing service with the company, they make too much to make mistakes like this.
