From diagnosing the issue to completing the repair, everything was handled efficiently and with care. They explained the problem in simple terms, gave a fair estimate, and stuck to it — no surprises. I couldn't ask for a more professional plumber than Ed Badger. Whether a planned plumbing update or an emergency, Ed is quick to respond, discuss the plumbing issue, and follow through. He is highly reliable and l am always satisfied.
While at our house for an estimate for a future project, Ed discovered a major issue down inside our well, water shin deep, spraying all over... Although I'm sure he wasn't expecting to spend a couple of hours down inside our well, especially on a Friday evening of a long holiday weekend... he immediately got to work, replacing the faulty parts, which were completely shot.
