We had set up service through the West Bend location, and they dispatched the tech Jake a few weeks later out of Fond du lac. Our issues were that since we lived in our home, we could never figure out how to use the switch to turn the fireplace on. We were manually doing it each time, what a huge pain. We also had the bright idea to clean the inside of the gas fireplace (dont make that mistake), the logs need to be placed a certain way and we did not place the logs back where they needed to go and had a gosh darn awful smell... read more

Can't say enough good things about Badger Masonry ! They took out my ancient, inefficient fireplace that had been installed incorrecrly and replaced it with this beauty in under 4 hours. They were the nicest guys from salesfloor to installation crew. Fabulous experience! Even fit a square peg into a round hole and made it work so I don't have to do any roof or drywall repair. Just a little paint!
We hired Badger Masonry & Fireplace, West Bend, to completely replace our gas fireplace unit. They installed a wonderful updated unit, and replaced all of the drywall up to the ceiling with beautiful stone. The team was super friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Bob returned several times to tweak items to make us completely satisfied at no extra expense. We would definitely recommend them!
