Negative stars…. Not even 1, negative!! Don’t be tricked by Dan Tinti’s personality in person. It changes the second you hand him a check. Won’t answer emails and avoids phone calls. Badger built our home in the middle of the pandemic and had a lot of excuses for not starting on time. We started the process of building with Badger Home Builders well over a year ago. At the start it was in our contract to give him (owner Dan Tinti) $30,000 to start. With over a year of excuses after excuses of things, not getting done and blaming it on everybody else we finally pulled out. Dan tried to say they were all these charges that were not in the contract. These charges came to a total of $16,000. Signed a contract with this company and never had my home built. Dan Tinti repeatedly blamed others for his inability to build it, including Waukesha County. We later discovered that many of his company's statements about Waukesha County's correspondence about permitting were untrue. We lost thousands of dollars to this man, and he continues to refuse to communicate. Do not do business with this unscrupulous company.

Do not build with this company. We wasted a year and a half of our lives trying to get them to build our home. A year into the build, Dan Tinti called to let us know that he "just wasn't up for the build." A few days later, he told us that he could build the home. We waited months for new pricing. When he finally completed it, it was inaccurate and incomplete. After mutually agreeing to terminate the contract, Dan refused to return our remaining monies from the original down payment.
