Horrible customer service. Had to wait several days on multiple occasions for banking specialists to return phone calls regarding banking questions that I had. Also used phone service to pay my credit card bill twice and both times my payment did not go through because of an error in the system. I was not notified of the error on either occasion. Very frustrating. Would not recommend working with them what’s so ever.

I used to love going in and seeing all the nice people that worked there. Me and my husband got behind when I had my child and had to have surgery last year. I was out if work for 5 months. We have been communicating and telling them we are trying to pay our credit card we have with them. Tom has sent me cocky notes in the mail, lied about my communication and today, when I told him I was going to receive a trust when my great aunt dies, HE ASKED ME WHEN THAT IS GOING TO BE! I had an account with these fools and their teller did not informed me that the 70$ I put in was not enough to keep the account from being fined. So the stupid fuc#$ took my money without knowing or even getting a simple phone call to tell me they going to take all the money out of the account. Funny I had this account from when I was little but this credit union had to fuc# over the little guy. So from me to you the middle bird on my right hand is flying. 70 bucks u guys sux.
