I took a storm window to have clip which holds it in place replaced. I was very rudely told it could be 2 hours 2 weeks or 2 months. I stopped a week later & again was rudely told they would call if it was ready. I wanted to pick up storm & she couldn't find it ??? Really. She called me a little later & I returned to store. She found window & it was $56. To repair it, which is totally nuts, I took window home & found it will not fit in my window frame. I certainly will not go back there. Huge shout out and Thank You to Chad @ Badger Glass. Just prior to the 4th of July, I had 2 huge cracks appear in my windshield. He changed the glass and saved my park sticker and I could enjoy my 4th without worry.

This went from a 5 star review to a 1 star. Tbh id leave less than a 1 star if I could. Chad came out to quote us approx 6 months ago, gave me a good price on the work. I said let's do it. So far so good. The work never got done. I called approx a month ago to check in, figuring that with the winter it really wasn't worth it to call beforehand.
