I am writing to share my recent experience with the installation service for my dishwasher. I reported a malfunction and moldy water in the unit twice before the installation. During the removal, the old dishwasher poured water onto my entryway and several pairs of shoes due to the lack of care by the installer, and despite being notified about the state of the old dishwasher.
