A good company to work with...until they weren't. There's been a fair amount of employee churn there, and the customer service has sharply decreased. Purchased a number of custom cases from them. Generally found them responsive, and the case designs were mostly good. Pricing was inconsistent -- some cases were fairly priced, others expensive. Several of our cases had recurrent problems with pieces (wheels, hinge pins) coming loose and falling off. One case design turned out to be far too heavy for practical use, and ended up... read more
