Every individual who works here provides absolutely exemplary customer service!! Dr. Frank was so helpful, kind, and walked me through everything and answered every single one of my (many) questions. We will be back, but hopefully not before our routine eye exam is needed :)
Not too long ago I was here for an eye exam that was long overdue. I left with answers to a fair few problems, or at least actionable steps. I also received a new prescription. When picking up my new glasses with the new prescription, I was already in a wonderful mood because the frames were the ones I needed (sturdy with a wider lens), the turnaround for the new glasses was notably shorter than with other optometrists, and for once the price didn't seem like it was decided by punching a calculator and charging whatever numb... read more
Dr. Frank is a breath of fresh air! She makes your eye exam (usually a stressful time for me) a fun and positive experience with her upbeat, yet professional, demeanor. I cannot express enough how happy I am to have transferred to this office. The care I've received is second to none. I will never go anywhere else.
