Owner is a complete jerk unfortunately. Rude and greedy. There was an emergency in the parking lot and all he could care about was the bays being blocked for his income. The car wash itself is great, but hate supporting the owner.
Bought a car wash, screen said to proceed forward and car wash light was green but the door wouldn’t open. I pressed the help other and it told me to find assistance from an employee. No one on site to assist or refund. Will never use this car wash - AVOID. I will contact my bank and get my refund.
I would put no star if I could. Rude owner nothing works pet wash or car wash there not helpful at all. Don't recommend coming here at all. Worst experience ever.
Paying should be easy..be patient to ensure your payment is first approved before choosing which wash ( for touchless )
