Great car wash. Use frequently. However, got charged twice for $13 wash on Monday. Tried calling number and left message 3 times looking for refund. Will keep trying, otherwise I will start going elsewhere

I was cleaning my car by the vacuums and the owner came and harassed me.

I was charged three times for a single car wash. I contacted the owner, John, to request a refund, but he refused, offering instead to provide credit for future car washes, which I did not want. He stated that the issue was due to me not reading the instructions on the machine. After a ten-minute discussion, he finally agreed to send me a cheque.
