Can’t say enough good things about Badell’s! Dale did an amazing repair job and had my car ready ahead of schedule! They even gave the whole car a full detail beyond the repair work. Shoutout to Kayla at the front desk too, she coordinated everything with the rental company so there was no waiting around when I arrived. Genuinely impressed by the quality and communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Badell's. They were quick, professional, and responsive. Very honest and transparent about what needed to be done on my car. Completely painless working with insurance, rental was brought right to the shop. Would easily come go back next time I have a problem.
By far the best body shop I’ve been to. They are incredibly transparent, and I felt incredibly comfortable using them. Dale kept me updated every few days on the status of my car. I found that most of the other auto shops did not care about me, they just saw me as potential profit, trying to tell me to replace everything. Dale was extremely knowledgeable and told me what he would do if he was in my shoes. Hopefully I won’t be back soon, but I know I would be in good hands.
Dale was amazing to work with. Made the process very seamless. Rental car was ready when I dropped off the car. When repair was done they took care of the rental car. Kayla kept me updated on the repairs As for the work. They did excellent. Wouldn’t even know it was in an accident. Life time warranty too. They got nothing to hide and stand behind their work.
