My mother had a very poor experience with this clinic. Her appointments were rescheduled twice without any notice, call, or message, causing unnecessary delays in care and frustration. The front desk staff were unresponsive and dismissive, showing little concern for patient communication. My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice without any notice or follow-up call, message, or email, which caused unnecessary delays in my care. I love Dr Badea but dealing with the rest of the office is so frustrating! The billing is always wrong and always having me double pay just to be seen. Then I can't even go back with my own husband for his appointment because they say I owe again. I don't know how how I owe if I haven't even been seen.i can never get my refills or referrals. It's just ridiculous! I have made other arrangements with another office and you should too
Absolutely WORST doctor's office!!! This was the last straw I was scheduled a telehealth appt for 2pm so I'm waiting for the call and nothing..as always. So I call and the condescending receptionist says oh we don't do telehealth! Excuse me but it's literally in my calendar from when I scheduled it...but won't tell me when they stopped doing telehealth. I've left messages on the nurses line because the medicine I was prescribed isn't working out for me and NO call back!!! No wonder they only have a 2.5 rating smh!!! You can'... read more
