I love Dr Badea but dealing with the rest of the office is so frustrating! The billing is always wrong and always having me double pay just to be seen. Then I can't even go back with my own husband for his appointment because they say I owe again. I don't know how how I owe if I haven't even been seen.i can never get my refills or referrals. It's just ridiculous! I have made other arrangements with another office and you should too
Absolutely WORST doctor's office!!! This was the last straw I was scheduled a telehealth appt for 2pm so I'm waiting for the call and nothing..as always. So I call and the condescending receptionist says oh we don't do telehealth! Excuse me but it's literally in my calendar from when I scheduled it...but won't tell me when they stopped doing telehealth. I've left messages on the nurses line because the medicine I was prescribed isn't working out for me and NO call back!!! No wonder they only have a 2.5 rating smh!!! You can'... read more
Every time I've seen him he has been patient, kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and I feel heard. Excellent Doctor!
