Jamie is just lovely! She is so warm and friendly! She listened intently to my request for a new cut and thoughts/concerns about my hair's behavior in certain areas. She took her time and was very professional with her cutting style. I love that Jamie asked for tips from a colleague with a difficult section of my new hairstyle, and that colleague responded in such a helpful, collaborative way.
