The few classes I did get to join were great but then I bought the 20 pass deal and booked a bunch of classes that kept getting canceled. I ended up moving out of town and still have 16 passes there, they refused to return and since I started attempted to contact them to see if I can have the passes transferred to another spin studio that uses mind-body as well they will not take my calls or reply to my texts. So not impressed! 😡
Love this place! The workouts are fun and full of energy! The place is clean and modern, the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. The price is right on par, and the bikes are well maintained. If you want a great HIIT workout that is energizing, and makes you sweat, be sure to check out BaddCycle
