I really enjoyed visiting this location and working with Peggy. She was kind and very patient. However, I wish I could say the same for the manager Emory Simmons. He was very short and not helpful at all. I visited the store yesterday to check out an item and noticed last night that the item was on sale via the website. I returned to the store today to purchase the item for the price listed online and he would not honor it nor did he express any empathy about the situation- the overall customer service was terrible.
