Amazing products and costumer service!!
We have made two large transactions at this place of business and the experiences have been absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly, compassionate, patient, and honest. Particularly, there is a salesperson there by the name of Billie and she is the best customer service representative I have ever seen. She has an advanced knowledge of the furniture and she did everything she could to make sure we got exactly what we needed from the store. Stay away from this Babcock Furniture... We purchased a Lazyboy recliner from them 5 months ago and after the first month the seat started leaning to one side. They sent out a repair person and he put some more foam in the seat. Not even 2 months later its doing the same thing. The store manager said there was nothing they could do it was just normal wear.
