I have dealt with this store for almost 4 years. I have never had a problem. the service was taimley, everyone has always been couterous and professional (including the delivery men). I will continue to use this stor for my home funishing needs.
I would not ever recommend this location to anyone, I went into the store shopping and the salesman on the floor was kind enough to acknowledge the fact that I was there and said he would be right with me (he was with other customers), after shopping around for approximately 20 minutes I realized he was just holding friendly conversation with people that he has known for quite some times, I proceeded to go to the counter for assistance and the clerk there never acknowledged me, her personal phone rang and she then held conve... read more
