They moved our delivery date and didn’t even notify us. Call badcock tried to get an answer nobody can tell us anything. If you try to call customer service you can think again because nobody will answer the damn phone, not to mentioned I call everyday for a week. Very unprofessional, we spend a lot of money for the furniture but if you have an issues it WILL NOT be resolve. This is the last time we will buy from here
I bought 2 chairs a month and a half ago. One of the chairs is coming apart on the seat cushion is dethreading...they said they are not going to fix it. Threading is not covered. They won't take it back they just want my money. They said we don't repo we get our money your stuck with the bad chairs
They do not stand behind the warranty saying all damage is normal wear and tear.
