Delivery suppose to arrive between 11 and 3. Around 2:20 I called and was placed on hold. Lady come back and says there was an hold up at one location so they will be there at 310 or 320. She was wrong Michael called me at 310 to say they were 40 mins away. I was upset and called to speak to manager to express my dissatisfaction. When I purchased my merchandise 3years ago I noticed my product that I took out of the box was damaged the owner said take a picture I did he gave me the option of getting a replacement or he would cut the price and I cut the price and every time. I came into the store he would ask if my husband and me had any issues with my grill , My husband and I loved the way every one is friendly and the fact they stand a 💯 percent behind their merchandise.
Thes staff was very nice.
