In June 2023 i had a goal of spending $2000 for a Sofa and Recliner and with tax it was just under that amount. The problem started about 4 month's into having the sofa I noticed it was getting lower and lower to the floor and the cushions were looking saggy and the reason I bought the sofa is because the cushions were overstuffed and I figured it would stay that way a long time.I started putting things underneath the cushions to raise it up some because I have knee problems and it's hard for me to sit with it so low.I have ... read more
UPDATE: As recommended by Badcock's generic reply below, I contacted customer service, and Badcock was not willing to accept any responsibility for this pathetically poor quality furniture sold to my elderly mother. Do NOT buy here. My mother bought a sofa and chair. The fabric on the sofa is SO fragile and cheap that she can nick and break it with her fingernail. Absolute rubbish. And they're advertising the set for $900!
