Bought a couch from them a little over a year ago and this review would be different if i didnt buy a extended warranty. The fabric on the couch is all coming apart worn badly also with a hideaway mattresses the couch cushions sags into the couch and it’s very hard to get in and out. I tried to get them to come out and service it but all they’ll do is give me a 25% credit which is $374. When I bought an extended warranty that covers the fabric and they still won’t cover it.
