This star is for the delivery services and costumer service. My table top came damaged. The delivery man set it up and I'm 100% sure he saw it and said nothing and did nothing. My mom was at my house to recieve the furniture and she elderly women and has poor eye sight. I call to have it replace, took a picture send a message waited to be called back. No one called back, I had to call back , I waited 15mins for someone to anwser me then just to be told to wait for someone to call you back to get an update. I read some review... read more

Horrible store my husband went to them and was over looked and not even approached to see what he was interested in. It took me to go up there with my children for then some one to approach us. We found something we liked PAID 1,500 and ordered it for delivery this Monday. When I called the First Gentleman said he didn’t even see an order for me and my husband. Got put on hold. Was told oh they will be there after four. Mind you we literally live 5 minutes away from the store. Why they couldn’t just deliver to us first thing... read more
please do not buy with these people. They are scammers. they will get you to purchase warranty on your furniture and you will never get any cover. they will come to your house and later on call you and says that you are not covered. get your furniture from real places.
